WhoIs is a desktop application operated by its owner to publish videos to the owner's own social media accounts. It has no third-party users, no public sign-up, and no website accounts.
When the operator connects their own TikTok account via TikTok's OAuth
flow, the application receives an access token limited to the
video.publish permission. The token is stored locally on the
operator's machine and is used solely to upload the operator's own videos
to the operator's own account.
WhoIs does not collect, store, sell, or share any personal data of any other person. It does not read direct messages, followers, analytics of other users, or any data beyond what is strictly required to upload a video. No advertising or tracking technologies are used.
The locally stored access token can be deleted at any time by the operator, and access can be revoked from within TikTok's app settings (Settings > Security > Apps and services).
